       DAVID D. SCHOEL

Mr. Schoel provides representation in general civil and commercial litigation. He works to protect the business interests of our clients, and helps business owners weigh their options before making important business decisions.

Mr. Schoel also counsels clients in bankruptcy matters, with a focus on creditor's rights. He also counsels clients in mergers, acquisitions and other general organizational matters.

Additionally, Mr. Schoel represents clients in premises liability and debt collection matters, as well as workmen's compensation defense.

Mr. Schoel also handles such real estate matters as landlord/tenant disputes and mortgage foreclosures.
