Mr. Schoel provides representation in civil and commercial litigation. He works to protect the business interests of our clients. He advises clients whether litigation or settlement is the best option. Either way, Mr. Schoel will help business owners and corporations weigh their options before making an important business decision.

Mr. Schoel counsels clients in bankruptcy matters, with a focus on creditor’s rights. He also counsels clients in mergers, acquisitions and other business combinations, as well as general corporate matters.

Mr. Schoel has extensive experience with insurance defense and litigation. His experience includes municipal defense, premises liability, workmen’s compensation defense, automobile liability, and general litigation.

Mr. Schoel also handles such real estate matters as landlord/tenant disputes and mortgage foreclosures.
