Mr. Natter provides
representation in complex litigation, strategic consultation in
business transactions and construction litigation. Mr. Natter has
served as lead counsel in many litigation cases involving fraud, breach
of contract and construction liens. Mr. Natter assists clients in
understanding and navigating complex corporate matters involving
reorganizations, partnership matters, real estate transactions and
litigation management.
Mr. Natter has extensive courtroom experience trying both jury and non-jury cases. His courtroom and mediation experience includes cases involving construction litigation, liens, landlord/tenant breach of warranties, fraud and other business torts. Mr. Natter is on the Federal and State Court lists of approved attorneys as a mediator. Mr. Natter served on active duty and in reserves of the United States Navy from 1962 to 1998. Notable assignments include Deputy Director of the United States Naval Reserve in Washington and Deputy for Commander of Naval Forces in Europe, retiring as a Rear Admiral, United States Navy.
